Break the digital isolation zone – bring back family game night!
It seems like everyone is permanently connected to their electronic devices these days. Families are no exception!
While we are gazing at our phones and tablets, or engaged in online gaming, it’s easy to forget to spend quality time interacting with one another.
To break your collective isolation you can schedule a family game night. (In person, not online!) Board games, card games, etc. will have all of you in the same room bonding and laughing while you and your kids practice healthy competition and/or teamwork.
Schedule a family game night once a month to get started, and it can become a part of your family’s routine.
